At Energymann Media LLC ⚡, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund. Our goal is to ensure every EN⚡RGY purchase leaves you satisfied.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
To request an exchange, contact our Support Team 💬⚡ via:

- Website Support: Click "Contact Support Team 💬⚡" on the menu, open a ticket, and provide your order details.
- Discord: Join the EN⚡RGY NATION ⚡ Discord, verify your account, and submit a ticket in #🎫│create-ticket.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Item Condition Requirements
- Unused and unworn (unless defective)
- Original packaging with all tags
- Free from wear, washing, or alterations
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) included
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Digital products or downloads
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the defect or damage
- Photos of packaging (if shipping damage)
- Order number and description of the issue
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact Support within 7 days. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping. Contact Support immediately for cancellations.
Processing Time
Allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing once we receive your returned item. You will be notified via email of approval or denial.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Discounts or sale prices are only refundable for the amount paid.
Energymann Media LLC ⚡ reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain exchanges or returns. This will be communicated before processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Recommendations:
- Use secure delivery locations
- Track your package with the provided tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier if lost/stolen

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs, and import duties. Returns must be within 30 days. We cannot reimburse these additional charges.
Unauthorized Charges & Chargebacks
Contact Support first for any issues—filing chargebacks without contacting us is considered fraud. We maintain records to prevent false claims.
